About the Course

This is a Graduate Diploma in Medical Ultrasound Diagnostics offered by HIMs Academy. It’s a one-year, full-time course that can be taken either online or offline. For those unable to attend regular classes, there’s also a distance learning option where students can study online for most of the time and complete 2 months of hands-on training at the institute. The course covers all major areas of ultrasound diagnostics and follows the North American curriculum, preparing students for the APCA-ARDMS registry exam. Upon successful completion, students receive a Diploma from HIMs Academy, equipping them with the skills needed to excel in the field of ultrasound diagnostics.

Whether you’re looking to perform abdominal scans, thyroid scans, bone scans, or OBGYN ultrasounds, this course will give you the skills to work independently. Students receive one-on-one hands-on training using the latest ultrasound machines, along with video lessons and guidance from experienced instructors. For busy professionals or international students, the distance learning option is available, but it requires completing 2 months of practical training at the institute.

What’s the Goal of the Course?

For International Students

HIMs Academy welcomes students from other countries to join the program. However, international students are advised to apply at least 3 months in advance to allow sufficient time for visa processing. Additionally, their certificates must be approved by their country’s medical board or university.

Accommodation for International Students

Affordable housing options are available near the campus for international students. Since spaces are limited, early booking is recommended. If campus housing is full, the academy will assist students in finding nearby accommodation.
